The Septic System Recordkeeping File and Owner's Guide From Granite State Designers and Installers Association is designed to help homeowners efficiently manage the maintenance of their septic system. The standard-sized file folder includes information on septic system design, maintenance recommendations, and useful contact information. It also has areas to record the names of local pumpers, dates of system inspections, and the location of the septic tank on your property.

For a limited time, the New Hampshire Estuaries Project can supply these folders free of charge to residents in NH's coastal watershed. Larger quantities may be available for community outreach efforts. Email your request for folders to Contact.NHEP@unh.edu.
